I love working with home-buyers. The excitement of shopping for your new homes and the ultimate gratification everyone has when the transaction closes and move-in day occurs! It just doesn’t get much better than that!! As your agent I will walk you through all the steps to buying your home and explain all the details along the way. I am here to help you make wise decisions and offer sound guidance along the way! In today’s world of bank-owned homes, short sale properties, and government-owned houses, you need a experienced buyers agent on your side.

How I work:

I will never try to “sell” you on anything; a house will sell itself if priced right for the market and in good condition. I spend my time working with clients who want and appreciate my help, as opposed to hounding and chasing people who are just not ready! There must be a mutual understanding of what is expected from one another. It takes “two to tango” as they say and we work together as a team.

Why get pre-approved?

As a buyer it is a very important first step to speak with a trustworthy lender to see if you qualify financially.  A pre- approval  indicates that the lender has taken a close look into your financial history and has agreed to lend you a specific amount of money. This  indicates to sellers that you are a serious home buyer! Getting pre-approved also shows me that you are motivated in finding and purchasing a home. This is the first and most important step to finding your new home!

Save you time and aggravation:

It makes good sense to have ONE Realtor you like and trust, representing YOU and looking out for your best interests? What I will do as YOUR agent is save you time and aggravation!  I will assure you know of all available properties that fit your specific needs and budget so you will never miss that perfect property when it comes on the market.  I can show you any home listed on our multiple listing service, no matter who is the listing agent even new construction or a “For Sale By Owner.” I will negotiate the best price for your home using recent comparable sales within the last 3-6 months. I explain and walk you through all the mounds of paperwork you will need to sign. I am quite a stickler about open communication and keeping you in the loop so you will ALWAYS be well informed on what is going on with the transaction.

No cost to you:

 The best news is that working with a buyer’s agent is no cost to you!  The services and fees of a real estate agent are included in the total brokerage fee (commission) paid by the seller of the home. This includes the fees paid to an exclusive buyers agent!  It’s important to remember that the listing agent is representing the seller’s best interests, and as a buyer you need your own agent representing your best interests!  Well, actually there is one small cost to you, since I put a lot of care and effort into every client I work with, the only thing I ask for in return is loyalty!!! As your agent, I will begin spending a lot of time and energy on your behalf,  to make sure everything goes along smoothly. Since I work entirely on commission all of the services I provide are uncompensated unless we have a successful closing. This in no way means that you are just a number, I strive to give my clients the highest level of service, professionalism and integrity, as my past and present clients will vouch for me.
