Relocating is definitely a huge life changing experience. Born and raised in Illinois, I have moved 8 times in the last 13 years, three times across country. Moving is considered to be one of the top most stressful events in your life and I know personally and professionally how emotional buying or selling your home can be. I understand firsthand how important it is to have a Realtor working for YOU, managing the details and deadlines needed to successfully guide you to a closed sale.
My husband Mike (who is a real estate appraiser) and I spent about 5 years researching different areas to determine where we wanted to spend the second half of our lives. When visiting Arizona we discovered the charming town of Fountain Hills which borders north east Scottsdale and is surrounded by majestic mountain views, we knew in an instant that this was to be our home.
I believe in a no-pressure approach when working with my clients regarding their real estate transactions. I don’t give people a sales pitch as I don’t see myself as a sales person. I consider myself more of a consultant and I provide my clients with the knowledge and information they need to make informed decisions about their real estate investments. I spend my time working with clients who want and appreciate my help, as opposed to hounding and chasing people who are just not ready! When the time comes to move forward, together we will identify your wants and needs and determine a strategy to reach your goal whether it takes days, weeks, months or even years.
I have been a full time professional Realtor since 2004, who consistently achieves great results for my clients. I have closed over 150 transactions representing both home buyers and sellers. Before coming to HomeSmart, I worked for RE/MAX where I consistently was awarded top honors in the Executive Club and 100% Club each year. As part of my ongoing training I have also attained the Certified Distressed Property Expert Designation (CDPE), which gives me specific understanding of the complex issues of foreclosures and short sales confronting the real estate industry today.
Oh and I almost forgot to mention, I usually always answer my phone unless I am with clients or in a meeting. I also return phone calls in a timely manner, usually within the hour and sometimes within minutes if I happen to be working in my office. Now how is that for service!
