Relocating is definitely a huge life changing experience and I know because I have done it many times. I was born and raised in the Chicago area but I always had that itch to leave, so at the ripe young age of 22 I picked up and moved to Colorado. This is where I happily lived for the next 10 years. Then in 1987, having had enough of the fun, carefree lifestyle, (what was I thinking?) I decided it was time to head back to Chicago. After about 4 years, I opened my own hair salon and shortly after that I bought a couple of investment properties. During those 18 years I moved 6 times and even lived in one of my rental buildings for a while. I was definitely developing a passion for buying and selling real estate so I decided it was time to get my license. In 2004, after 28 years as a hairstylist/salon owner, I decided to close up shop and work full-time in real estate.

Knowing once again that I wanted to relocate, my hubby and I spent about 5 years researching different areas trying to decide where we wanted to spend the second half of our lives. We knew starting over in a new community would be challenging but we were determined to change our lifestyle and live in a warmer climate where the sun always shines. While visiting Arizona in 2009 we discovered the charming town of Fountain Hills and we knew in an instant that this was to be our home and we have never looked back!

My philosophy in life is simple, work hard, stay positive, treat people well and good things will happen! I carry that over into my work life every day. When you work with me, I share my knowledge of  the local market conditions and provide you with the best resources to help guide you to  make informed decisions regarding your real estate transactions. I don’t sell , manipulate or pressure you into making a decision! You can trust and depend on me and I think once you meet me you’ll see I’m exactly that type of gal! Oh, and by the way, I almost forgot to mention, my clients tend to be a bit spoiled because I usually always answer my phone.You can also expect me to reply to your emails and texts within minutes not hours, unless of course I am with clients, as those clients become my first priority.
